We, the Özmermer family, started our work life with a small pita bread oven established by Hasan Özmermer, our esteemed elder, back in 1952. After more than 40 years of experience in pita, bread, francala and pastry production, we commenced flour production by establishing Özmermer Flour Factory in 1994 in order to obtain standard and high quality flour that will meet ours and our colleagues’ needs. We increased daily production capacity from 120 tons to 250 tons per day with the investments we made in 1997.

By 2013, with new investments made in order to keep up with the developments in sustainable quality understanding and technology, the market, customer expectations throughout the world,  we established our flour factory in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone, with a fully automated new system on a plot of 50,000 square meters, with a wheat processing capacity of 650 tons per day.

As Özmermer Flour, a leading company in its sector with more than 25 years of experience, we continue to produce flour untouched by human hands with modern production technology.

With its daily wheat processing capacity, we are among the numbered institutions of the region and the country.
